Plan of Salvation

The best news in the world, explained simply — and offered to you today.

Step One

God loves you

Before you ever looked for God, He was already reaching for you. His love is not a reward for good behavior — it is the reason He came after us at all. Whatever your story holds, you are not too far gone and never have been.

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

John 3:16

Step Two

Sin separates us from Him

Every one of us has fallen short. Sin is not simply breaking rules; it is the broken relationship that leaves us restless, guilty, and distant from the God who made us. No amount of religion or good works can close that gap on our own.

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."

Romans 3:23

Step Three

Jesus paid the price

God did for us what we could never do for ourselves. Jesus lived the sinless life we could not live, died the death our sin deserved, and rose again on the third day — defeating sin, death, and the grave.

"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

Romans 5:8

Step Four

Repent and believe

Salvation comes when we turn from sin and place our trust entirely in Christ. Repentance is a change of mind that becomes a change of direction; faith is resting the whole weight of your life on what Jesus has already done.

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."

Romans 10:9

Step Five

Walk in new life

The moment you receive Christ, you are made new. God gives you His Spirit, His Word, and His people to help you grow. Baptism, prayer, Scripture, and a church family are how that new life takes root and bears fruit.

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."

A Prayer to Pray

You can begin right now

There is no magic formula — God hears an honest heart. If you are ready, pray something like this and mean it:

"Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner and I cannot save myself. I believe You died for me and rose again. I turn from my sin and I trust You alone. Come into my life, forgive me, and make me new. From this day forward I will follow You. Amen."

If you prayed that prayer, we want to celebrate with you and help you take your next steps. Call us at (708) 000-0000 or reach out below.
